We shifted in a home we purchased in San Antonio. At that time we got a moved HWA house warranty from our agent. We actually got an examination where period it had been winter and also the inspector couldn't checkthe A/D. We shifted in and also the A/D originally worked for just two months then ceased. We named HWA, they stated that it was a preexisting problem and refused the state. This can be a 3 yr-old home and HWA is questioning a state on the moved house warranty. Therefore it must have been legitimate even when it were a preexisting problem. Because it was operating in the transfer it had been not too in either case it will not be problematic.
I don't understand why we're being harassed unnecessarily to get a simple state and that I wish it's not standard with thid organization. Both people are hectic as time passes in a quality relaxing in a 95 diploma home because of the dishonesty of HWA not attempting to follow-through on its responsibilities. We're calling daily and keeping for 45 mins to at least one time to ultimately be used in supervisor that will be basicaly a voice-mail.
