It's been terrible for my boy during his 1st year at ODU in working with these landlords. The area seems as though reduced rental however the price is large. There's illumination mounted on the building however it doesn't function. There's a security-system that doesn't function. Somebody smashed my boyis lock to his exterior door. The landlords changed the whole doorway and door-frame and charged him for the whole work. He connected a late payment and courtroom expense towards the unique substantial charge in under 10 times once they shipped out the cost. They proceed to create careless costs and delay any concerns to some busy attorney.
