Poor service

The website functionality and ability to input MLS data directly is good, but I've used the service twice now and there were always translation errors when the data was transferred to the MLS and Realtor.com. Mistakes happen, but what bothers me most is when the mistakes are brought to my service rep's attention they are really, really slow in making changes—sometimes only after I asked twice. It's evident the person inputting the data does not have a high attention to detail—and if ever there were a job where they should, this is it.
