This so-called mortgage company hasn't been able to help me or not really discuss with me my mortgage modification. Everytime i contact the operator is extremely rude and 50% of the discussion i don't understand there english. It appears all employees possess a hard time speaking language. I've experienced change since may and ahmsi hasn't been able to help me... I'm delivering there data to cnn and find out if maybe they're interested in helping me examine this socalled company. For several that are in the same scenario i firmly request you to do the same so someone could pay attention to us and help us to not loose our house.
