To date, costumer support declined to answer inquiries and incredibly rude. The purchase government Don Biggs doesn't return telephone calls. No presents continues to be submitted to me till I called them recently. Customer support - Maritza Mead mentioned that there is an offer on 2/26/09- which was quite a long time before. She stated that the e-mail was delivered to me but I never got it umtil she re-sent it in my experience.
