I requested financing change in July. It got them a few months to make contact with me after calling them serveral occasions.in October I had been in the centre to do financing change.in November I then found out the individual I had been coping with was let go & my document was never finished. This isn't reasonable. I want this mortgage loan modification. I spend $4361 per month without fees & insurance. Our price is 11% & is certainly going up in July. Could you please enable me? Our bank is horrible. They do not understand what they're performing & I actually donot understand what else to complete.
