They came to my house and went thru their spiel. I and others in the house explained that I was disabled and on many meds and had short term memory loss. They told4 of us that we didn't have to send a written cancelation but we could call and cancel withing 72 hours. We found the exact same thing here in somerset kentucky for less than half of what they wanted. I cancelled by phone per the salesmans instructions within less than 24 hours and they thru a fit and have tryed to put a lien on my house which I'l have to probobly take to court and I'm sure I can beat it cause of the witnesses and circumstances involved, but it's still a hassle. I would like to know how many others have had this problem and how hard was it to get the lien taken off. I'v read where people have sent their cancellatin notice via western union only to have them refuse to sign for the western union message
