We fell a little behind in our mortgage payments due to medical bills so we contacted Saxson to explain the situation. The rep. We spoke to (Jefferson) via e-mail said they would work with us. We were told that everything was okay and that they received all our payments. Now we received a letter telling us from their lawyers that they are selling our house on the 23rd of July. We cannot get anyone to call us or e-mail us back. We paid $2700 for a couple of months and then for the last couple of months they told us to pay $1700 a month. How can they do this?
