This is a scenario that I really hope that's not standard.

I closed using a agent, Beth Baker Owens, in April. Our commitment states " After June 19, the vendor might inform Broker written down to end this contract." Therefore, after my house didn't market, I decided I had been reluctant and not able to decrease the cost. I've informed the BBB, Neither her or Her organization replied prior to the contract. BBB established a brand new contract. I've submitted a proper problem using the condition Panel plus they have designated an incident quantity plus they are examining. I'm really worried for others that'll fall under her selfish internet of deceit. She's probably drawn this before. I've all of the emails and certainly will forward them if you want. I understand there are a few excellent agents available, but I'll be really dubious to get a long while in the future, due to her conduct. Is there other things I will do?
