They provide very poor building maintenance service. First it happened to one of my neighbors, who tried to go out with his car through the gate, and the gate damaged his car bumper. He told the manager about the issue and asked them to get someone to fix the door. It never happened, and after that it happened to two other cars and eventually to my car. I called the manager at the time the accident happened and he promised to talk with the management company, and the next day he said "they are not responsible at all". "They do not answer my phone calls because they know what I am looking for." Eventually I fixed my car out of my own pocket and lost a lot of money and time.
Worst company ever.
If someone has a problem in the building, they do not provide quality and helpful service.
Very poor management about safety.
The door gate closed on 3 cars and nobody complained about it due to poor management and fear of increased rent.
I am so disappointed at this time and do not recommend them to anybody.
Never rent any properties or get any service from this company.
