He will zap hours and hours of your precious time and he really doesn't have any money. He wants to pay with a cashier's check the 3.3 million because he doesn't like wire transfers. He drives a black Yukon, but has a Corvette collection (not true). He is a Vietnam vet and has PTSD. Maybe that's what makes him delusional?
