I Puchased a rainbird STS600S rairbird irrigation control less than a year ago. Lowes will not honor the stated manufacturers customer satisfaction policy of a refund. Which states that if a customer becomes dissatisfied with a residential product within a reasonable time they may return it to the retailer for refund. I have had the unit less than a year. I do not wish a replacement at this time, as I am not satatisfied with the integrity of the product.
