This complex is awful. I have lived here since October. My daughter had an incident and the staff were very rude. She says she was speaking with the manager and they were speaking profanity to her. My daughter has an medical condition and when she gets upset it causes her to have seizures. She says the staff were rude and they were speaking to her very badly causing her to pass out and she was on her way to having a seizure. On top of everything else, since I been here their have been an abundance of roaches and bugs are flying around and biting my grandkids, my daughter and myself. I truly regret moving here. They also charge too much excess on the water bill. My bill plus rent and made up charges are totaling $1700. I tried to work it out with Deerfield Garden apts but they always go back on their word.
