I have lived in this complex for 9 1/2 years now. There have been 4 different management companies. This company is the WORST! They have let the property deteriorate beyond simple aesthetics to downright dangerous violating many safety codes. They post your information i.E. Name, full address, phone on your door every month for anyone passing by to take, yet if you sign up for e-pay you receive an email for rent reminder every month. One of the managers from the main office lives next door to me and is the noisiest neighbor I have. They cancelled the security patrol then told residents that %u201Cthey didn%u2019t have the number %u201Cfor new one yet, then finally admitted after 6 months that we had none! After calling 2 repair men for my dryer they both told me that the outside air vent was blocked and I needed to get it cleared. I told them this and for a year and a half was told, it had been cleaned; there was nothing there, etc. Then I got one of the matinence men to look in the vent and he pulled out two HUGE birds nests! This after I had to run my dryer 3 times to dry each load for 1 ½! Now we have various gang types hanging about every night, apartments that run air conditioning 24/7 even when it is 18 degrees outside and management whose answer to everything is %u201Cit%u2019s been taken care of, you can%u2019t prove it, etc.
If you are considering moving into one of their properties%u2026 DON%u2019T you will regret it sooner or later depending on when they took it over!!!
