When I purchased my adt system, I clearly stated that I only get paid once a month. I signed a contract for all monies, the monthly charge as well as the equipment charge, to be taken out on my pay day. The VERY 1st mo., they took it out of my acct. 4 days early which causedme quite a bit of mystery. I bounced 2 checks. I then called to make sure we were clear on the date... They got it right in Jan., and screwed it up 3 days early this mo. They are giving me a different date if monies due now, when I spoke with them in January, they pilogized and said it would not happen again. Here we go. Get your billing dept. Together. If I didn't have a 2 yr. Contract I would find another company. Becareful with adt!
