I've been a person with Nationstar Mortgage for over 2 yrs, and that I haven't overlooked a cost or have already been overdue. Our prior loan was with Lender of America before my notice was acquired by Nationstar Mortgage.
I began the refiance procedure within the first week of August. Our loan specialist, Andrew Graham, approached me about 1 week later to see me that required files to continue using the refi were existing and he described that it might consider 60 to 3 months for that conclusion of the refinancing of my mortgage.
It's been more than 5 weeks today because the refinancing process began.
In the past 5 weeks, I approached Nationstar'sloan running middle numerous occasions to ask just how long it'd try finish the refinance process.
I've also approached Mrs. Tracy Darnell, of Nationstar Mortgage concerning my refi. She explained the mortgage couldn't be transferred forward since it is presumably in a subordinate division. Based on Mrs. Darnell, she deliver emails towards the division and was informed as of 1/8, that they're still focusing on attempting to finish the subordinate procedure.
I also left a note for Mrs. Darnell's boss who never delivered my phone
I'm extrely disappointed with my mortgage business and also the method they manage my mortgage.
I'm looking fotward in benefiting from assist in shutting this mortgage. This trouble is creating me and my loved ones economic difficulty. I'd enjoy any assist in solving this issue.
