I've had Common Home and Injury since 2006. Within the Drop of 2012 we were touring for some weeks and our email had been submitted. As a result of glitch within the email, I never obtained my repair notice but did get a mistake plan notice. I instantly named the Agent, who stated "not a problem, we're just referring to significantly less than per week - we shall simply backdate it" then they named me back and stated that Common wouldn't restore as a result of robbery we'd documented in 2007. I looked my storage and remembered that people had posted statements for just two bikes that were taken and evidently which was a lot of for them!!! I've usually settled my statement entirely and promptly and that I wasn't provided ANY thought whatsoever, as well as in reality these were rude after I called them. Our agent got me additional insurance, but created the remark that Common has a tendency to manage their business-like that! BEWARE - you're just their client so long as that you don't document a state!
