Ms. Evelaca Dobbins is now been named in a civil suit against the Salvation Army. Along with "little Ray" Raymond price, and his puppet master John Keene, this lawsuit which is being put together by my attorney will expose the truths and injustices about the program and the corrupt individuals who are in management and diminish support from the community through donations and contributions. Unless a settlement is reached in the near future the impact of this negitive publicity and lawsuit will indeed greatly affect the operation of the center.

Also we are contacting the NAACP and Amnesty International.
