When I moved into Holiday Gate staff was friendly and everything promissing. Seemed Hendersen Webb was one of the best choices.
After a year of being there and needing Maintenance few several times, they sarted rejecting Visa Card rental payments.
They said card was denied while I was sure money would be on there. They told me to contact my bank and started filing late fees and court charges.
Each time I brought up to their attention why they could not try to reprocess card and their people typed in wrong numbers or why it started after a complaint was placed or maintenance called did not help.
Customer service was very rude, upprofessional, and just kept hanging up.
Day came we were evicted and now they are asking to pay them off while they found someone to move into the apartment for early leave.
BEWARE OF HENDERSEN WEBB SCAMS. Trust me, you are better off on the streets.
