County of Santa Clara Director of Procurement, Jenti Vandertuig, Wasting Taxpayer Dollars.

Santa Clara County Procurement Department - A Severely Hostile Work Environment Condoned by County Executives and costing the taxpayers millions.

The County of Santa Clara's Director of Procurement, Jenti Vandertuig, has wasted nearly $3.1 Million of the taxpayer's money in the last 3 years due to ridiculously high employee and contractor turn over.

If anyone would like to see the statistics or has any comments to add please let me know. I have data showing the money wasted on contractor or consultants without the county receiving any deliverables, as well as data on the 93% employee turn over rate due to the severely hostile work environment provided by the Director of Procurement.

This hostile work environment is condoned by the CEO, and Deputy CEO of the County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors.
