Question on payment

I called and spoke with Barbara at the PA Unemployment Compensation hotline.

I mostly called because I wasn't sure why I hadn't received my benefit payment as of yesterday, and she completely went off the loop with questions and I told her I was working now, the week I claimed was my last, and she was telling me I needed all these forms, asking for my present employer, ect. Even though this had NOTHING to do with what I was calling on, she was confusing me, and herself, and making it a big statement over a simple call. After she told me at first that I claimed it incorrectly, all I wanted to do was claim that one week correctly and be done with it, but no, she then muted me and I stayed on the line for over 3 minutes, not hanging up, letting her hang up on me, well eventually she came back on the line and told me she noted all of it on my account and I asked to speak to a manager and she said it would be 48-72 hours for them to contact me, seriously? That's ridiculous, why couldn't she transfer me at the moment? Makes no sense, now I'm upset that my tax money is going to these people and they aren't doing their job. If they are overwhelemed with calls maybe they need to hire some of these unemployed people to work for them. Gees. All I want is to re-claim that week and now work my new job and not claim with them anymore since I'm working. How is this a problem? I collected maybe a total of 3 partial weeks and 2 full weeks, that's it, I'm entitled to this last week but claimed it incorrectly with the wrong selection, now over this stupid little mis-hap I'm going in circles now with this place. I'm more mad that she placed me on mute and just left it sit there, didn't even communicate with me, she was rude, confusing both of us, I honestly don't think she knows her job at all and probably is messing up a lot of claims.
