I have purchased a Barnes and Noble card from this company back in December, and still have yet to receive it.
I have sent 7 emails regarding this and have also left a voice message on their phone for them to call me back. I have been very polite stating if there was going to be a longer wait I would "just like to know" so that I know what is going on. To no avail, no one has contacted me by phone or by email. I have also posted on their Facebook page several times (nicely) and each time they are deleted within 2 minutes of it being posted.
