Never received the barnes and noble which were to have been mailed.

Phone number listed puts you on hold 10 minutes "to wait for representative" then tells you 10 minutes later to leave and message and someone will call you back and they never do. I don't know why this company is still in business. Maybe i should contact barnes and noble and papa johns and let them know they contracted with a SCAM company.
