Watch out for very deceptive practices. Cevera Real Estate salespersons are taught to lead buyers in, accept incremental deposits as this project is supposedly going to be built over a 3 year period! That's a long time to trust somebody... Especially a Miami condo! Notice that all of the articles written about the project offer no guarantees of completion date.in one on-line article it states "newly-conceived condominium project to launch in the Downtown Miami/Brickell market since beginning with a groundbreaking in the third quarter of 2012 - with construction expected to be completed within two years. Notice the use of words..."newly conceived" and "expected". There must be a reason for this vagueness! It took 4 years (from 2008 to 2012 to begin). After being caught in the middle of a sales scheme, I saw first hand the deceptive sales practices of the sales people the bulder is using... Cervera. I will not mention exact names... But they are all one big scam. The project hasn't even broken ground and I backed out immediately. I wouldn't be surprised if this building uses the next generation of Chinese Dry Wall. Additionally, the size of the lot — projected into a tiny little corner with the minutest of views is a scam. My prediction... Deposits will be lost and inferior construction will leave this as a Cervera Nightmare!!! Shame on you sales people!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!
