Jon Huntsman joined a conspiracy to take and use and destroy my property while he was running the first time for the Governor of the state of Utah. This was to prevent Charles Robert Redford, the famous actor, from being exposed as a fraud because Gary Herbert the Lieutenant governor running mate of Huntsman and Utah County Commissioner, had been allowing Robert Redford, his friend according to Wikipedia, to continue to fraudulently violate the ordinances of Utah County in regards to his Sundance Developments.
At the time of Huntsman's first election, Robert Redford, Gary Herbert and The North Fork Special Service District were conspiring with others to protect Robert Redford and the North Fork Special Service District from a fine of 5000 dollars a day, at least, for Robert Redford's failure to build the the water system required by law and contract signed by Redford to serve all parties in Sundance Recreational Plat B and D developed personally in his own name. The contract for this development was signed about 1986 for Robert Redford personally, not as a corporation, by his personal attorney and can now be found online in the State of Utah, Utah County Land Records in connection to the above mentioned plats.
The ordinances and contract required that Redford build, at his own expense, a water system for all the lots in the development before any lots were sold. Robert Redford had not built such a system by the time Herbert and Huntsman were elected in 2004. Robert Redford never did build, at his expense the water systems approved in the legal process of recording his development. Gary Herbert and Jon Huntsman were cheating the citizens of the State of Utah out of over $20000 dollars a day of civil fines that are specified to go into the general fund (19-4-109) for how ever long Redford and other conspirators including the North Fork Special Service District and Herbert had been violating the laws of the state. Herbert induced Huntsman and others to ignore the violations, and Huntsman induced Utah state officials to ignore the violations of ordinances and laws to permit Herbert and the North Fork Special Service District to continue to violate the Laws and Rules of the State and County. This was a violation of Utah Codes 67-16-4 and 67-16-10 and 67-16-12 specifies that this activity is a felony since Redford and officials and others were not fined the 5000 dollars for at least one day of violation.
Jon Huntsman may have forgotten about the conspiracy he joined and did not terminate and it goes on, and every illegal act it does is also committed by him and others who did not effectively terminate the conspiracy. Jon Huntsman joined the conspiracy when he ignored the citizens attempt to arrest his running mate Gary Herbert in Tooele, Utah during the his first campaign. This attempt was reported in the news and the files of the Deseret News still have the two articles that were written and may be still available on the internet. He had plenty of money to investigate the attempt and get the paper that was left at the Tooele Police Station after Herberts successful use of a deadly weapon, his SUV, to intimidate and force the citizen to avoid serious injury and death. Huntsman could have even afforded detectives to consult with the citizen and investigate Herbert's actions. When Mr. Huntsman was proposed to be a representative for the US in China, The citizen faxed many if not most of the US senate members a message that Huntsman was not suited for the office because of his conspiracy with Gary Herbert to continue to allow Utah county and Utah state officials to ignore many laws in regards to the heath and safety of Redford's development and his fraud in not building the water system before selling lots or at least in the time period allowed by the law.
A few weeks ago an attorney for the active part of the conspiracy, the North Fork Special Service District and Dr. Pamela Vincent and the Utah County Commission and the Utah County Health department, Mellisa Mellor with the prior assistance of attorneys James "Tucker" Hansen and Kasey Wright and Kay Bryson and others made several false statements to Judge Steven Hansen in the Provo Court to get money from the citizen, now over Seventy years old, by deception, a violation of Utah Code (76-5-111)
Ms. Mellor first said the citizen had a lateral. To imply that he had a pipe sufficient to be used legally without violating any size or material or construction or administrative requirements for the use of other parties including the North Fork Special Service District and one of their customers, Dr. Pamela Vincent who had a lot in Redford's plat B and D where he failed to build a water system to that lot which had been sold without a water system and some of his other lots which also had no water system contrary to the contract that Redford and others, including the County Commission signed.
A prior owner of Dr. Pamela Vincents Lot, with several other lot owners by now had signed with Charles Robert Redford that they would abide by the laws and the contract for plat B and D which required Redford to build a water system. Dr. Pamela Vincent got a building permit which warned her that there was no legal water service to her lot and that she was building at her own risk.
Dr. Pamela Vincent was a medical doctor with the full ability to understand dangerous nuisances and the necessity to have water systems built to certain standards where a violation of the standard may not present an obvious immediate danger such as a pipe buried in rocks when state law required it to be buried in sand to prevent it from breaking or getting punctured. She was smart enough to also know that she was in a development which had organizations and covenants. Utah law required her not to violate the contracts and covenants of the development whether she knew about them or not. Dr. Pamela Vincent knew about the development because she demanded and got a special recorded easement for travel to and from her lot in this condominium type development. She did not care if this easement was not permitted by law and violated the natural open space requirement of the development.
Dr. Pamela Vincent ignored the laws and the contract and persuaded Rodney Despain, the head of the North Fork Special Service District and Dave Boshard, its engineering operator, and Alberto Lensi a neighbor outside of the development to violate the contract and the Zoning Ordinances and connect a small pipe to Alberto Lensi's pipe which had been connected to the Citizens pipe many years before about 1977 as a courtesy to a prior owner of Lensi's property by a prior owner of the Citizen's property. Dr. Vincent violated not only the Zoning Ordinance but also Utah Code 67-16-10 which is specified as a felony violation for illegal assistance greater than 250 dollars worth. 67-16-12.
The North Fork Special Service District agreed to serve plats B and D according to the contract with a letter to that effect that was required by the ordinances, and it is already as obligated as any person to obey all federal and state and local laws and rules.
Robert Redford first developed Plat B with his wife in a corporation. But later combined it with Plat D in his own name as a personal developer.in this combination his developers admitted in the public record that plat B was mostly fraudulently done.in no case did Redford every complete the water system in the combined plats as he contracted to do and as was required by law.
