Criminal-minded organization run by scam artists!!! I have updated my address many times over the years. Last year HMC lost my $150 dues and mailed late letters to a wrong address and tried to foreclose on my house. I was forced to pay a $2000 legal bill. I again updated my address this year and they are still mailing me to an erroneous address. Both Ms. Jones and Benkovich of Hawthorne mailed me in error again. The President and Owner Mr. Aiken and Mr. Hicks will willfully post fake wonderful reviews on this site and even went to my review and posted disgusting and derogatory comments. They also verifiably lie and deceive in their response to my BBB Complaint. One employee was recently fired for providing customer account information to outside parties. I have done a thorough 50-State criminal check on their current employees and one individual has a criminal record. This information was provided to my Board President Mr. Williams and Marsh who turned a blind eye.
Ask HMC's owner and founder Joey Aiken or President Sam Hick's why veteran emlpoyee of nearly 7 years, Heather Todd, was recently dismissed from her position as Legal Liaison.
