*warning* do not ever use this company!!! There employees are explosive and crazy!!! I had an awful encounter with 2 of there employees yesterday. I was parked in a parking space on the lower level of the topanga mall where valet is. But i parked on the self park side. I came out of the mall with my bags and placed them in my car. I went around to get in the car myself when i saw there van pull into the parking lot. I closed my door put my seatbelt on checked my phone before pulling out when this enraged man jumps out of the van and approaches my vehicle. I could see him in my mirrors. He asks me to put down my window so i did just a bit and he appeared to be maybe intoxicated. He said with such anger, "are you leaving this space!" i in turn said in a calm manner, "yes but i have been in my car for less than 3 minutes please be patient." that's when he became explosive screaming, yelling, and throwing his hands in my window. The language that came out of his mouth was disgusting and disrespectful. I was so scared and in shock about what was happening that i rolled my window up and locked my doors. I froze and began to cry. It was like a scene out of a movie. The police are usually parked right near there and this one time they were not. This day and age how do i know what this crazy man is going to do. He could have a gun. I was so scared. He walked away and got in his vehicle. I thought he was leaving but then he got back out of the van. He again approached my window. All still the while screaming and yelling at me with the same vulgar language. Once he finally got back in the vehicle the driver sped off and pulled back around and tail gated me to the exit harassing me. I got the company number that was all over the van and called them immediately. The woman ruby assistant to the owner george was completely rude and disgusting as well. So very unsympathetic to my fear and very unconcerned about there employees behavior. Said the owner does not care what his employees do on there lunch breaks not there problem. I asked if the george could call me back so i could voice my concerns and share my fearful experience i had with his employees. Ruby said, "sweet heart i runs his company", "he doesn't ever come in we communicate by email". I then asked if she could give him a message to call me back and she said, "he would never call you back." clearly there standards are far below average. I would not believe anything they say or do. I would not trust these people in my home with myself or my family. If this man blew up that much over me taking a minute to long backing out of a parking space can you imagine if he were to be set off by someone saying the wrong thing. I never in all my life experienced anything like this before and i just want to make sure no one else does!!!
