Do not rent a house, apt, or anything else from a guy named JAGG RUMPH he is a liar. Be VERY careful of this LIAR. I'm month to month and up to date on my rent and he will not allow me to move. If I wasn't on a housing program I would move asap. I do not deal with LIARS like JAGG RUMPH.
