Howard Mandell in two trials that removed both individuals from their respective positions and with the assistance of The Stateof New York, and other authorities opened the County to Investigations that the County had to DEFEND themselves on charghes of Potential Corruption and questionable legal proceduresv. To Orin Hatch and the Department of Defense exposing Government Fraud on a subcontractor in Ronkonkama, New York by Donald Newman and Michael Fleigler owners of ARISTA DEVICES in which The Federal Goverment brought Criminal charges against the company and both owners for contractb Fraud. Testimony was over powering claim of Contract Fraud, and subsequently brough the company and both individuals to indictments and subsequent sentencing.
Catti and his family did seek the assistance of DCASMA, a FEDERAL jurisdictyion in Garden City, New York and Thomas Pitskalis an investigator who eventually brough charges by the Government againt ARISTAV DEVICES, Michael Fleigfler and Donald Newman for CONTRACT FRAUD. This is public information and can be verified by searchjing public records.
Joseph Soviero, and Salvatorev S. Russo, two independant Attorneys and independant Law firms did go after thev county, The District Attorney's Office, The Police Department jouintly and severally to bring charges against the County & The District Attorneys Office and jointly opened up a barrage of inquiries by The State of New York against the County, The District Attorneys OIffice and all parties. The County lost two cases and two appeals. It eventually opened up appeals by other individuals who were arrested in the County and it eventually put the County underv an extreme watch by the State of New York and the Higher Judicial System.
Catti has the intellectual understanding and ability to expose corruption, and has no fear of bringing you to justice. It will cost you dearly not just financially, but because exposure to State, Federal and County levels and to the PUBLIC will STOP the THIEVES, CROOKS, CHEATS, and CON ARTISTS to bury themselves. In today's world, taking from your felliow man and abusing the situation for your own gain and not caring about who you hurt in the process is WRONG.
