Gary r. CATTI is a person who uses the Court System to sue people with hopes any potential Lawsuit will either bring him income, or that the defandant (s) will SETTLE OUT OF COURT rathere than go to trial.
Gary Catti according to outside sources playa the trump card of " POOR ME"... Look... I have M.S. According to local sources, he wasa supposedly on Disability, yet we found a LAWSUIT in Court records whereby he supposedly sue his employer for "supposedly" firing him over his age (59) "and" making derogitory remarks about him having M.S.
What employer is going to HIRE an employees, then make remarks about ones health. That is very odd.
The former employer was a ompany called DIAMEDIC CORPORATION out of Miami Florida. Catti was suiing them over his Dismissal. Tou can also go to GOOGLE, and type DIAMEDIC CORPORATION into the vSEARCH AREA.
Catti has had numerous employment issues in the past which led to either his quitting the positions or was FIRED. You can check with former companies of Quidel, SIRONNO an Italian pharmaceutical company, Johnson & Johnson and others.
Any getting sued by Catti, any degandant should obtain copies ofd his I.R.S. Records from 1980 to the present. It will establish previous venues for leaving the other companies.
At 58 1/2 years old, it is believed that he has exhausted the majority of potential employers and uses the lawsuits to generate income.
The other question is, how can you obtain Social Secirity Disability and be employed in a position that generates income? The answer is... You can't. Any income is to be reported to Social Security Disability. Your income from Social Security Disability would be offset those months any person received income from an outside employer. The fine would be total reimbursement of any money collected, and a period of time that that individual would not receive any Social Security Disability even after the mponey was repaid. Usually the fine is the amount of months PAID to any individual will be deducted in future benefits and time on New claims. That would be the resp[onsibility of Social Security directly. There could also be CRIMINAL charges placed against any person who may have illegally continued to obtain DISABILITY while being EMPLOYED.
The question lies in how can any individual obtain Social Security Disability and claim benefits when they have the ability to install hand made jacuzzi's on their property, shovel snow off the property walks and driveways, and install bocci ball Courts. This is labor intensive to say the least.
Our suggestion is, should you ever be sued in any capacity by Catti, that you do your DUE DILIGENCE and investigate CATTI in some detail. It is also suggest that should you be involved in defending yourself or your company that you invest the time and money to have a Private Investigator take photos to insure his claim of Disability. It will HELP you in the long run.
