Good Morning,
Grant Treasury withdrew $148.95 from my account without my authorization. I have never even heard of your company and I did not subscribe to any of your services, nor have I had any contact with any of its personnel prior to this morning, when I put a call in to inquire about this transaction. I certainly had no knowledge of nor did I authorize your company to withdraw $148.95 from my account. I want a refund and will not accept any thing other. You have until 2 pm eastern time today to return the monies to my account. All I could do on the phone was to cancel the so-called account, which I never authorized. I never received any email from your website. I have checked all my email files and no such notification was received. I have also research your company on the Complaints Board and seen several complaints of the same situation. This is ludicrous. After 2pm Eastern time today, if the monies have not been to my account I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to lodge a complaint.
