We are a group of Homeowners that live at Cottonwood Villas, a small community of Condos. Who have for many years been managed by a company called Colorado Management. Over the years it has been difficult dealing with the HOA fees that are staggeringly high. We have a very highly paid maintenance staff that does very little and most of the work is privately contracted out by the Management Company. The CEO of Colorado management is at most of our HOA meetings and conducts them which is wrong! They all have been friends for many years and this has become an issue and conflict of interest for the homeowners here. Last summer we got over 200 petitions asking them to leave and they ignored us. This past year they told us that we had to have our dryer vents, vented to the outside of the building and that they were charging each individual homeowner $900 and then $1000.
