The rocc home facility is being missmanage by opporater the facility is dirty and nasty infected with bed bugs the staff isn't keeping track of parole sex offenders who are living their in the community at the rocc home mental facility patients are not taking their medication as perscibe by their doctor at the facility and patients stealing from each other i have tryed to talk to mr. Larry carson about trouble at the facility he just say that the staff is poorly trained and their nothing he can do about it
