Adult Protective Services in Jefferson County Colorado is a corrupt organization. They victimize the helpless and disabled just to justify their existence and provide job security.
One particular caseworker, Candise Greenwell, is well known for her unethical tactics. She has devastated and destroyed many families with her lies and she has no problem filing these lies in the form of false reports with the court.
Recently a state auditor investigating the living conditions at a group home where one individual under her care was living and found that the individual was being abused by staff, yet Greenwell took to action, nor did she report it to the police as required. She then files a false report with the court stating the individual was happy and being properly cared for.
Greenwell compounds one lie with another and then enlists the help of the County Attorney who is just as corrupt as she is. The old Ill lie and you swear to it philosophy. Seems to have worked for her so far.
Greenwell is just another parasite of a corrupt system who devastates families rather than protecting them.
