Brooke Parry of SUSTA is a person that should not be dealing with the public in any way shape or form. This pig should be kept behind cage and only be seen in the circus. How can a professional be so heartless and cold towards the need of the public of which she serves? How can a government agency hire this monkey and gave her a title such as International Marketing Coordinator when all she knows how to coordinate is lying on her back!!! I was deeply disrespected for the way this Brooke Parry treated me when I was trying to obtain service from SUSTA. This witch had no knowledge of the products or the business and when I attempted to educate her she made sure that I could not get any service from anyone at that company. This female dog belongs on the streets and not in an office. Professionalism is a give and take while understanding and listening transaction. My experience with Brooke Parry of SUSTA has left such a nasty taste in my mouth that I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
