Enclosed is a letter I faxed the Addison Police Departmenttoday April 16
Yesterday, April 15 at approx 6:00 PM I made a 911call because Mr. Stephen Apt attacked me in my driveway. Challenging me, backing me up and spittingin my face trying to force a confrontation. This is not new, this is theTHIRD 911 call I have made regarding his, threatening to beat me and KILL me. (I could have made 50 calls because he has threatened my 5 times that much. ButI knew it was just a waste of time) Each time the police were dispatched they did nothing.in fact the time when he threatened to KILLme, the police remained outside his house LAUGHING with him for at least 20minutes. He dares me to call thepolice. Because as he states he hasfriends on the Addison Police force. I told this officer that I wanted to press charges. He asked do you mean going to courtetc. I said YES. Then he said he would talk to Mr. Apt. I told the officer not to bother coming backbecause I know the result.in myopinion and BASED on my experience, Having friends on the Addison Police forceprovides a criminal with immunity and a friend of the Addison Police departmentcan get away with: assault, robbery and even MURDER.
In the course of my 911 calls Mr. Apt has gotten moreaggressive and threatening. I amessentially a prisoner in my own home because when I step out of my house I amthreatened, insulted, demeaned and harassed. ALWAYS while trespassing on myproperty specifically my driveway. Mr. Apt constantly dumps his garbage on my driveway he drives remote control carsup and down my driveway in an attempt to provoke me.
Yesterday he did everything possible to provoke me and Iremained passive, knowing well that if I TOUCHED him, I would be arrestedimmediately. Yet if he beat me to apulp the Addison Police department would DO NOTHING.
Yesterday the officer said sarcastically, If you spit in myface you will be arrested. Where did that come from? Previously when I summoned the police I received similarsarcastic comments such as, when Mr. Apt threatened to kill me the officer saidand I quote, If you dont like it move. When we told the police that Mr. Apt was letting the air out of my tiresthe officer said and I quote, Get new tires. When the officers were laughing outside Mr. Apts house he lethis 2 dogs out without a leash, I do not believe he owns a leash. My partner said to the officer, Is it notan ordinance that dogs are supposed to be on leashes. The officer said, Yes. Then she pointed to the 2 dogs unleashed andsaid, Then what about these 2 dogs without a leash. The officer said, We dont see any dogs lady there must besomething wrong with your eyes.
With each 911 call Mr. Apt becomes more confident and aggressive. What will be his next move to put a knife tomy throat or a gun to my head? And if Idare call 911 the next time he will slit my throat or shoot me. But then he has friends on the AddisonPolice department.
I am not sending you this letter because I expect you doanything because I KNOW you will not. Iam sending it for my own protection because if there ever comes a time when Iam forced to PROTECT myself I KNOW the Addison Police will CRUCIFY me. I am also sending it to channel 2, channel5, channel 7, channel 9, and fox and the Daily Herald as well my stateCongressmen and the County. Once before (Before I became disabled) when a man tried tobreak into my home and RAPE my Fiance she called 911. I rushed home from work and chased him away. THREE hours later an officer showed upREFUSING to take a report and told a TRAUMATIZED woman that, these poor menare bored and need recreation. RAPE isRECREATION!!! I made the mistake offiling a formal complaint with the Addison Police department and it somehowDISAPPEARED. Now when we mention it weare LIARS.
That is why I am specifically sending copies to everyone Ican think of and posting it on the Internet so it cannot DISAPPEAR. Addison Police do NOT protect the citizens they protecttheir FRIENDS. Also I mentioned to the officer of the law signed by oursitting president making it ILLEGAL to defame Blacks, Hispanics, Jews, Gays andthe Disabled. But the officer had noidea of what I was talking about. I amtired of being called a WORTHLESS CRIPPLE. Also once I mentioned to one of your officers that filing a false policereport is against the law and he too did not know what I was talkingabout. Ignorance is no excuse for thelaw. Therefore ignorance is no excusefor a police officer. And I will reiterate that if someone were to punch me in themouth or push me to the ground it would leave me being either a paraplegic or aquadriplegic. That is the severity ofwhat Mr. Apt is trying to do to me. Andif I dare try to defend myself I will be treated by the Addison Police just asI saw on the news last night about a man beaten by the Streamwood police. I know it. I bet my life on it and this willcost me my life. But after all he hasfriends on the Addison police department. DO NOT call me and offer lip service to me. I hope the proper authorities or an attorneywill take the necessary steps against the Addison Police department BUDDYsystem. And I will have to go to thehospital as I cannot bend over backwards and move quickly away as Mr. Aptforced me to do. If I had not he would have SHOVED me. But thats okay because he has friends onthe Addison Police Department and can do whatever he wants. Someone is paying for these medical bills. I close by stating that if I am ever found beaten to death, stabbed to death or shot to death in my driveway it was Stephen Apt who didit. I know the Addison Police willDISMISS it but some UNBIASED, LEGITIMATE law enforcement organization will uncoverthe truth.
