Sponsor name: publishers clearing house Called, said won $200,025.00. After paying out $6,448.39. Nothing came through and never heard from them again

On Friday, March 5: I recived a call from a Mr. Baltimore saying I won $200,025.00 and a new car. I had to pay 6 fees to win this "prize package" the amounts total $6,448.39
It took 4 days to get through this process. On Tuesday, March 9I had paid the last fee asked and they said the delivery would take place at 2:30pm. 3:00pm had come around and I kept calling and no one had answered the phone, I tried 3 different numbers. No responses.
I had stupidly sent the money over seas to Jamacia. I foolishly trusted and now have spent all the money i saved. I am now broke and in debt.
