I bought the Postal Battery Exam book paid 129.00 for the book and everytime I tried to get a test available in my area there was none available

I bought a Battery Exam book for the Postal Service. I paid 129.00 for the book and everytime I got online to see if there were any tests available in my area there were no tests available. So I basically lost my money I paid for the book.
