The water for an entire living community was shut off! When PCM was questioned about it they stated that is was not their problem and the city should be notified. PCM has total control of the water but felt that this was not an emergency and it would be handled during normal operating hours. PCM would not apologize or state when this would be resolved even though people need water to live.
The only response by any one at PCM about this issue is they will look into it, and that sometimes things happen. How is this acceptable?
