Linda Duggan is used by the courts in Kaufman county Texas which is not good for anyone and is quite surprising. Why is Linda Duggan referred and appointed by the Kaufman courts??? This is sick and should not be. Linda Duggan has a bad reputation and it just stands to reason. After being around her for some years now, I must say that these things that are coming out or not only outrageous but they are also accurate. Enough damage has been done and it is my seasoned adviced, after observing the actions of Linda Duggan, that she be disqualified from being recognized as a counselor by the State board. If the State board doesn't remove her status, it is not doing its job and betraying the tax payers who pay them to do what is correct and good for the people of the State of Texas.
