I agree with what others are saying here and in other places on the net. This woman is a nuisance and awful scar to our community. It is unfortunate that Linda Duggan is in our community of Kaufman Texas due to her persistent inhuman treatment of others. The list of individuals harmed by the malicious dealings and recommendations of Linda Duggan is long and getting longer by the day. I have met with dozens of people with horror stories that defy all sense of reasoning. There are also accusations of financial pay-offs going on with Linda Duggan and foul play of all sorts including courtroom recommendations that are far from what is true.in my professional opinion, far too many families have suffered at the hands of Linda Duggan. It is my recommendation that this should all be ended by the removal Duggan's status as a counselor with the State of Texas.
