Cheating Club, Inaccurate timers, poor sailing standards

I was with Bill Engle, and the fleet we sailed with was dishonest, cheated and favored the SDYC members. I will never sail with this group again, they are scam artists and con men. The drinks at the club were watered down and overpriced. I demanded my entry fee be refunded and the club refused.
