Eddie Leiva is the wrong person to intrust with any living thing.
He is a coward who don't own his actions or responibilites. This man will try and extort money from you. He won't own his action and will always take the easy way out at the cost of others. He's impatience and difficult to work with.
I don't recommend doing business with this person. Should you ever deal with him while on duty, BEWARE. Should you every purchase or sell him anything use caution.
