Recently I had a business need to call city hall for a minor information request and was greeted with major attitude from the city staff. All I wanted to know was if my business tax would go down because I downsized, and if any forms were required for their records. I could not believe the blowback that came through the phone. And I still don't know the answer to my question. And although the person at city hall behaved as though everyone should be born knowing the answer, she clearly didn't know it either because she could not communicate it to me.
