I ordered a birthday present for my fiance, knowing that their normal 5-7 business day order processing would be extended by a couple of days, due to their inventory process. After ordering from this site, I sent a courteous e-mail explaining that I knew they were in the process of inventory, and that if they could not deliver my package in 8 business days, I would need to cancel the order or ship to a different address. They refused to do anything - insisting that their computer, supply chain, systems were completely unalterable. This is preposterous.
