Silver Circle Distributing is kirby vacuum sales. They are very misleading as you are brought in for employment. They bring you in telling you that there is a base pay, large sign on bonus, paid vacations, full benefits.
Bull!!! Well let me tell you the real deal. You are told that you are on a base salary. Been there awhile never seen one employee get it. They tell you that the provide the 15 appointments are provided for you.
Yeah to a certain extent. If there are no shows available, yeah you are knocking doors. Been there a minute abd no one has every done 15 shows in one week.
Do know if you don't do the 15 shows a week there is no guarennteed salary. Like i said was there never saw one co-worker receive that salary.
When you are in training they allow you take the equipment home to get experience, not. They want you to sell to your friends and family and on top of that you bring referalls so they can get shows off of your friends and family. And that short guy who trains you tells you so crazy stuff. Very Unprofessional!
The Sign on Bonus of $1000. Never saw anyone get that either. You qualify for that if you do 60 shows in 30 days.
Paid Vacations yeah if you sell a certain amount for the month.in what ever department your in.
Benefits! Don't even have any. There is none.
Its kirby vacuums sales. Thats what it is. They lead you to believe that they pay you to advertise and demonstrate there equipment. No! Its a sales positon. The girl that trained me. Awesome girl, she was screwed over by this company royally, and she was there over two years.
Listen no one is telling you not to work for this company, but listen be aware this is a hard core sales position. If there are no shows that they supposally give you then you are out there knocking doors so that hopefully you get the 15 to get the Salary! Please be very careful, they take advantage of you, your friends, your family.
And the owner of the company preaches alot about character, and loyality. However lacks none of it. Just know what your getting yourself into. A week after you bring in your equipment know someone told you so!!!
