My mom is 88 yrs old and is moving soon to another retirement home. She is in need of her birth certificate. I did all i was required to do and used her address to deliver it to. She paid 30.00 and received the wrong birth certificate. I emailed them and was sent a message it will take up to 7 dddddaaaaayyyyyssss to get a response back.
