I will start off by saying this guy George who manages the place, (If you want to call it that) is one h*ll of a scumlord. He rents these places with huge plumbing problems, paint falling off the walls, refrigerators don't work, A/C units way too small...
After notifying George (the greek guy) about several issues and he said I need to fix them I sent him a 30 day notice telling him I am moving, He agreed to giving my deposit back. Guess what? When it came down to paying the piper he kept my money and said "sue me"! Guess what? I am! Do not rent from this money grubbin moron!
