I gave my credit card number for a $1.95 cd for information about grants. They charged my credit card with 1.95 for the cd which I have never received, $58.19 for Grants membership, and $38.59 for a Tax refund guide. I did not authorize the $58.19 or the $38.59 charges... If I had been told about them I would have declined... This is nothing but fraud and I plan on sending the info to the Attorney General of the United States... I found this info under grants. Gov...
