my day... You explained the evil BBB perfectly. They just whitewash their secret complaint file and no crooked merchant with any brains ever lets any complaint be on record.
The crooked Phoenix Ford dealer case was a gem! I just got through with the evil AAA and their bogus auto repair
"certification" (CERTIFICTION!) &Like BBB, etc., this AAA fraud is purely complaint insurance for which a yearly premium $500 or more is paid by the merchant in exchange for the trusted AAA sign and logo AND to settle any complaints.
The AAA auto-repair-cert people are not arbitrators as they
claim, they were out-front advocates for the premium paying merchant. And they have typical insurance company claims adjuster skanks who try to beat the complainant down to nothing or a low settlement. I must have presented a good argument because on a $500 job AAA gave me a check for $250
to shut me up in the matter of a highly respected and successful, certified shop's slipshod "tune-up" and parts price ripoff... So sign me up as a Jr. Complainter
